Each client is assigned a client service manager – who are former in-house analysts which means they understand what clients are looking for. They take and shape the brief, quality check all work and, depending on the complexity or sensitivity of the brief, will undertake the brief alongside our team of analysts. We don’t believe in letting analysts, whose first language isn’t English, or sales-reps be your direct contacts.

Ben started his career as a corporate lawyer at Freshfields. He then moved into research-based consultancy, working at CSS, City Research Group and NFO, where he was a director. Ben is director of Brook Intelligence and Lighthouse Global, the business strategy and research group.
Brenda is a graduate of Economics with 10+ years’ experience in research across private and public organisations. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Brenda has been with Brook since 2010. Brenda co-manages the scheduling of jobs and is actively involved in proofing client work. She has written over 500 reports on companies and sectors across a range of industries, with expertise across tech & telecoms, consumer goods, financial services, retail, and oil & gas.
